Wine Description

With an amazing nose of orange blossom, crisp apple, and white peach, this is a great wine with perfect balance and fantastic acidity. The Riesling Spätlese is a late harvest, in which the intensity of fruit and flavors are highly concentrated.

This Spätlese from Weingut Barth has amazing balance between sugar and acidity. Powerful and intense, loaded with sweet citrus, this is a wine to be appreciated for its quality distinction. This also has the unique Vino-Lok glass closure technology instead of a cork, a fun conversation piece.

Cuisine: Starters, chicken, fresh fish, shellfish, veggies and light, spicy foods. Especially good with Thai, Indian, Mexican dishes, and any ethnic spice influenced foods!
