A luscious noble sweet wine from the renowned classified vineyard Wisselbrunnen. The grapes were harvested at 100º Oechsle and hand-selected fully ripe from the classified Wisselbrunnen vineyard. It is Riesling at its best, a still young appearance, complex and elegant. A perfectly balanced wine with a touch of raisins and ripe apples that has lots of fruity acidity and excellent aging potential.

Enjoy it as an aperitif, as a dessert wine or just by itself. Also fabulous with foie gras or mild blue cheese, spicy Asian cuisine and fruit desserts with apples or pears. +500ml!
