Wine Description

This Pinot Grigio embodies a great full body, with a nutty flavor and crisp dry edge that makes it sensational on the palate and wonderful with a variety of cuisine.

Wine is a way of life for the Hinkel family, who has been in the business of cultivating grapes for 300 years. Beginning with the ecological cultivation of the grapes through yield reductions in spring, the thinning of the vines in late summer and the fermenting process in the cellar, quality control is fully in the hands of Roland Hinkel.

The Dr. Hinkel Estate
