  •    Wine Description
Dr. Hinkel amazes us with this flavorful and aromatic Pinot Noir. From sandy, clay soil, the rootstock has taken on a nice mineral composite that merges well with the delicate nature of Pinot. This wine pairs well with a variety of meats, cheeses and cuisine that is delicate to fanciful. It is full of berry aromas, warm tannins, opens very nice and as a Spätlese (late harvest) and halbtrocken (half-dry) goes down extremely easy.
