This Sauternes-style, noble sweet specialty is characterized by a honeyed aroma, rich exotic fruit, and a slight hint of vanilla. With aromas reminiscent of coconut, mirabelle, caramel and ripe, dried apricots. This botrytised wine has a creamy, lightly toasty mouthfeel and great length.

A weighty noble sweet at 11.5% alc. The Nobilis is a noble sweet dessert wine, made from hand-selected overripe berries. The wine was then delicately aged for 18 months in new Allier oak barrique barrels.
