This Sauternes-style, noble sweet specialty is characterized by a honeyed aroma, rich exotic fruit, and a slight hint of vanilla. With aromas reminiscent of coconut, mirabelle, caramel and ripe, dried apricots, this botrytised wine has a creamy, lightly toasty mouthfeel and great length.

The Nobilis is a noble sweet dessert wine, made from hand-selected overripe berries that were harvested at 140º Oechsle. The wine was then delicately aged for 18 months in new Allier oak barrique barrels.

The Nobilis matches perfectly with different kind of desserts, like Crème brûlée and almond tarte, but is also delicious with goat and blue cheese or by itself.
