Wine Description

This Kabinett from Hans Lang has a tart stone fruit edge and is developing a racy mandarine structure. It is medium bodied, round and viscous, and an example of an aging Riesling.

Feinherb (semi-dry) wines can be slightly sweeter than regular semi-dry wines and are great for casual drinking or with poultry, appetizers or spicy foods. This particular Kabinett has a wonderful red apple, tangerine and pear flavor, balanced with crisp acidity.

Cuisine: Starters, chicken, fresh fish, shellfish, veggies and light, spicy foods.
