Wine Description

Hans Lang has built a wonderful and rich Pinot Noir from the outstanding 2005 vintage. This wine opens wonderfully and is laden with fresh wild berries, a rich earth texture and soft smoky finish.

This wine has been hand crafted and aged 18 months in French barrique imparting a rich and smoky texture with the soft and smooth body of a German Pinot.

Cuisine: Game, wild foul, pasta, hearty meat dishes, grilled preparations. Try it with mushroom dishes as well!
