From the slopes of Bernkastel comes this Beerenauslese from a near perfect vintage. An aroma of apples and peaches with refined acidity creates a lively Beerenauslese that leaves wine lovers yearning for more. Grapes harvested at the Beerenauslese level are overripe, botrytised and carefully harvested by hand.

 

The Thanisch & Son winery is situated on the steep banks of the Mosel in the idyllic village of Lieser across the river from Bernkastel. The family-owned vineyard has produced wine since 1648.
