Wine Description

This Auslese is from the Piesporter Gärtchen vineyard, which is a parcel solely owned by Stefan Blees and located in the center of the famous Piesporter Goldtröpfchen vineyard.

While the aroma of this wine is of freshly sliced peaches showcasing the distinctive Mosel minerality, the flavors that develop in the mouth resemble a childhood trip to the fair and range from sour apple to cotton candy.

This noble sweet dessert wine pairs well with pastries and creamy desserts.
