Wine Description

A delicious rosé made 100% from Pinot Noir grapes. Quite steely on the nose, it unwraps flavors of vanilla, strawberries and cantaloupe on the palate. A great hot weather wine or have it year-round with light cuisine. Wine should be pretty chill to serve.

To produce this lovely rosé the freshly harvested grapes are crushed and left for 3 – 6 hrs on the must to allow for color extraction. The crush is then pressed and fermented in stainless steel.

Cuisine: Great with salads, starters, light summer dishes and rich cheeses!
