Wine Description

The 2007 Barth Spätlese “S” (Select) is a full-bodied, dry Riesling with great food pairing capability. The “S” denotes its hand-select grapes, which produce a wine that is powerful, intense, and loaded with bold citrus.

This Riesling Spätlese is a late harvest that has been produced in a wonderful and crisp dry style. A dry Spätlese is a testament to a vintner's talent and Riesling's capability as an outstanding food pairing wine. This Spätlese from Weingut Barth is simply outstanding.

Cuisine: Pork tenderloin, grilled, broiled or baked fish, as well as poultry, veal, game and lamb dishes in a hearty sauce.
