Wine Description

Stefan has created a beautiful wine for all lover's of something a touch sweeter, yet delicately balanced and not cloying. This wine has ripe honeydew melon, soft tree fruits (tangerine, mandarin, orange) and good length with a finish of Asian Pear and Golden Delicious apples!

Enjoy this wine on a hot Summer's day along side of fruit based salads, chicken & veggie dishes, a variety of fresh fish, or simply sitting in the sun! It is well balanced, easy drinking and all the beauty of a Mosel German Riesling. Cheers!

The Blees-Ferber Estate

The Blees-Ferber estate is located on a hill above Leiwen in the Bernkastel area, showcasing a beautiful view of the Mosel and the surrounding vineyards. Since winemaker Stefan Blees has taken over production of this family-owned estate in the mid-nineties, he has successfully increased the quality of the estate’s wines year over year.
