  •    Wine Description
Nestled in the hills of the winding Mosel River, Stefan Blees maintains some of the most pristine and sought after vineyards in Germany. He has an approach to viticulture that is exacting, resulting in a singular quality that we are blown away by.

The nose of this Riesling Kabinett from the Apotheke vineyard in Trittenheim is full of orange, grapefruit and pineapple and voluminous in the mouth. With prickly acidity and outstanding mineral composition, this may be our best food pairing Riesling Kabinett. Warm, round and very crisp, this is a perfect example of a Mosel Kabinett.

    Blees-Ferber Wine - Mosel

The Blees-Ferber estate is located on a hill above Leiwen in the Bernkastel area, showcasing a beautiful view of the Mosel and the surrounding vineyards. Since winemaker Stefan Blees has taken over production of this family-owned estate in the mid-nineties, he has successfully increased the quality of the estate’s wines year over year.
