Wine Description

From the Trittenheimer Apotheke vineyard, this particular Spätlese is sweet and brings forward the full character and intensity of flavors that a Spätlese can produce. The nose is loaded with citrus and tropical fruits and the body is bold and round. With well-balanced acidity and outstanding mineral composition, this Spätlese has it all. A lemon bar in a glass!!!

Cuisine: Ethnic cuisine (Thai, Indian...) and spicy dishes, also strong blue or hard cheeses and simple desserts!
