Wine Description

An opulent, extracted Riesling Auslese with refined acidity that was awarded with 94 points by Wine Spectator and well worth the accolades! The grapes were carefully selected by hand and pressed in whole clusters and fermented in stainless steel.

This is a GKA that has everything and then some, a wine for a serious collector who wants a world class Auslese that rivals some of the best in existence.

Cuisine: Perfect as an aperitif or with strong cheeses, spicy foods, dessert or stand alone.

Wine Spectator: 94 pts

More '06-ish in character, with the sugary taste, yet this is packed with mineral and the racy structure of '07. Really lively and resonant, engaging the senses from start to long finish. Best from 2012 through 2038. –BS
