Wine Description

A delicious bouquet of lychee and pear will make even lovers of dry wines buckle! This noble sweet specialty has very high aging potential due to the levels of residual sugar and acidity.

Grapes were harvested in the early hours of December 21, 2007 at the tail end of the excellent 2007 vintage. The grapes were in very healthy condition with good acidity levels. They were then fermented in stainless steel.

Cuisine: Indulgent cuisine like foie gras and paté, along with strong cheeses, lush desserts or stand alone!
