Wine Description

We are extremely excited to have Rüdiger Kröber among our portfolio. Kröber is an exceptional grower / producer who crafts some of the finest quality Rieslings in the lower Mosel. Considered among the top cult producers in his village of Winningen, Rüdiger Kröber is very well respected.

This particular Riesling has a fiery Alsatian edge as it draws on the volcanic soil from which it came. It is loaded with bold citrus and great acidity, making it an ideal food compliment. For this price point, it is simply marvelous with a good bit of weight at 12% as a semi-dry.

The Kröber Estate

The Kröber Estate is located in the community of Winningen the Terrassenmosel (Terraced Mosel). As the name suggests, the Terraced Mosel consists of extremely steep sites that are among the steepest in the world.
