Wine Description

This particular Riesling has an stony edge as it draws on the volcanic soil from which it came. It is loaded with tangerine and orange zest, balanced acidity and a finish of candied meyer lemon.

We are extremely excited to have Rüdiger Kröber among our portfolio. Kröber is an exceptional grower / producer who crafts some of the finest quality Rieslings in the lower Mosel. Considered among the top cult producers in his village of Winningen, Rüdiger Kröber is very well respected.

Cuisine: Starters, chicken, fresh fish, shellfish, veggies and light, spicy foods.

The Kröber Estate

The Kröber Estate is located in the community of Winningen the Terrassenmosel (Terraced Mosel). As the name suggests, the Terraced Mosel consists of extremely steep sites that are among the steepest in the world.
