The Riesling Kabinett Feinherb (semi-dry) is a wonderful wine that has a delicate balance between sugar and acidity. This Kabinett from Weingut Wasem has very subtle fruit nose and is very pleasant on the palate. Feinherb wines can be slightly drier than regular semi-dry wines and are great for casual drinking or with poultry, shellfish, appetizers or fruit based salads.
