Wine Description

This particular wine is made from the Pinot Noir grape, but pressed right off the skins, done as a blanc de noir. This wine is well-balanced and has exceptional depth. It has a soft and velvety texture, crispy minerals and an aromatic nose of burgundy. Selective harvest, done by hand! Cuisine: Rich cheeses like goat and brie, as well as shellfish, chicken, vegetable dishes and more!

The Siegrist Winery

The Siegrist Winery grows grapes on 14.5 hectares and produces around 100.000 bottles per year. While the focus is on Riesling, Pinot varietals are also very important to the estate, especially Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc.
