Wine Description

A classic Mosel Riesling, all estate fruit and single vineyard! The Mosel is revered for its prized sites and picturesque landscape. It is also among the oldest wine producing regions in the world, with records of viticulture dating back to Roman times.

This wine captures everything a traditional Riesling fan will enjoy. Stone fruits, bright citrus of honeydew and cantaloupe, ripe apple and pear and lots of crisp acidity, making this a great sipper or perfect with a variety of cuisine.

Cuisine: Ethnic cuisine (Thai, Indian...) and spicy dishes, also strong blue or hard cheeses and simple desserts!

The Blees-Ferber Estate

The Blees-Ferber estate is located on a hill above Leiwen in the Bernkastel area, showcasing a beautiful view of the Mosel and the surrounding vineyards. Since winemaker Stefan Blees has taken over production of this family-owned estate in the mid-nineties, he has successfully increased the quality of the estate’s wines year over year.
