Wine Description

This bubbly is made from Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) and done in a rosé style. Light pink in color, the body is tart and crisp that is covered in fresh strawberrys and cantaloupe. With a slightly off-dry finish, it maintains the juicy brilliance of Pinot Noir!

Each wine spends 18-36 months on the yeast and is then hand riddled and disgorged upon order to ensure maximum freshness!

Cuisine: Starters, chicken, fresh fish, shellfish, veggies, hard cheeses or as an apéritif!
