Wine Description

The Barth winery estate specialty is traditional method sparkling wine (German Sekt). Norbert Barth, as a VDP winemaker, has crafted a traditional sparkling wine using his unique blend and all of the steps of the Méthode Champenoise.

The end result is a unique bubbly that is made from Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) and done in a rosé style. It has a body that is tart and crisp with a dry finish, yet still it maintains the prickly and wonderful acidity of a German Sekt. This is a very unique wine that must be experienced to be appreciated. We love sparkling as an everyday wine, no special occasion needed!!!
