Wine Description

Considered one of Germany’s best Sekt producers, Norbert has crafted a delightful bubbly with the essence of pear and apple, leaving just a hint of sweetness. The Barth estate specialty is traditional method sparkling wine (German Sekt).

As a VDP winemaker, Nobert Barth has crafted a traditional sparkling wine using his unique blend and all of the steps of the Méthode Champenoise. Each wine spends 18-36 months on the yeast and is then hand riddled and disgorged upon order to ensure maximum freshness

Cuisine: Starters, chicken, fresh fish, shellfish, veggies, hard and triple creme cheeses or as an apéritif!

The Barth Estate

The Barth estate is located in famous Hattenheim, overlooking the Rhine near some of the areas best sites, including Wisselbrunnen, Schützenhaus and Hassel. The winery is a young and dynamic family-owned company, founded in 1948. Barth Winery Profile
