Wine Description

This a unique bubbly with a nose that is toasty and yeasty, and a body that is extra dry, crisp, prickly and a fantastic representation of an outstanding German Sekt.

Created using the traditional method (24 months on the yeast, hand riddled & disgorged on order), this is a fantastic representation of an extra dry, crisp, refreshing German Sekt (Sparkling Wine).

Cuisine: Starters, chicken, fresh fish, shellfish, veggies, hard and triple creme cheeses or as an apéritif!
