Blees-Ferber Riesling Kabinett - Nestled in the hills of the winding Mosel River, Stefan Blees maintains some of the most pristine and sought after vineyards in Germany. He has an approach to viticulture that is exacting, resulting in a singular quality that we are blown away by. The nose of this Riesling Kabinett from the Apotheke vineyard in Trittenheim is full of orange, grapefruit and pineapple and voluminous in the mouth. With prickly acidity and outstanding mineral composition, this may be our best food pairing Riesling Kabinett. Warm, round and very crisp, this is a perfect example of a dry Mosel Kabinett.

Hans Lang Riesling Kabinett - Hans Lang has been crafting wine for over 30 years in the Rheingau. His passion and approach have created a spirited Kabinett that has a crisp and refreshing edge. Tart green apple, grapefruit and lemon zest are all over this wine, matched with wonderful acidity! A VDP estate, this Kabinett is a perfect wine for pairing with a variety of cuisine such as pastas, fish and appetizers. Beautiful straw gold with a medium body and big acidity, this wine is mouthwatering!
