1. Appreciation / Thank You Programs:

   TFW is proud to offer the following service to our Club members. We have been successfully sending personalized gifts for our clients and offer this as a unique way to say "thanks," "we appreciate you," "congratulations" and "I love you" to that special someone.

   How it works:

Either send us your personal message and we will print and enclose it on our custom letterhead with a nice wine description, or upload / e-mail us your personalized letter on your letterhead and we will include it, along with a full wine description on our letterhead, hand signed from us. To that we always add a personal mini pack of Gummi Bears (German theme) as an extra warm gesture.
If you are interested in doing this as a long term client appreciation / thank you program, send us a customized general appreciation letter on your letterhead and we will insert the persons name for you, print the letter at our offices and enclose it in a co-branded envelope from you and us, along with a wine description personally addressed on our letterhead and hand signed from us. If you send us some of your business cards or other items you would like included (picture, hand written note, etc.), we can include those along with your gift.

We can put together custom tailored packages of wines for you to really make an impact, and we also offer gift cards as another option! Call us and tell us about your needs and as a Club member, we will do something extra special for you.

2. Inventory Clearance:

   From time to time, we have certain products that we need to move to make room for new shipments. This is a great opportunity to experience a variety of wines for a fraction of the cost. As a VIP member, we will be sending you notification and Inventory Clearance Coupon Codes to take advantage of some of the best values on the internet.

3. Private Reserve Access:

   As a Club member, when outstanding vintages are near extinction, we typically hold back several cases in the owner's private reserve. As a Club member, we will give you access to a limited number of bottles from our private stash. This will include some amazing late harvests and wines that we personally cherish! These wines will be listed on the website, but will only be available to our Club Members.

4. Exclusive Offers:

   We love to be creative and in our monthly newsletter, we are putting together exclusive offers for our Club Membership. These offers are only be made available to our membership.

5. Wine of the Month Programs:

   We treasure your business and as a loyal customer, we offer some exceptional value in our Wine of the Month Programs. These programs are offered on a monthly or quarterly basis and have price points for everyone. This is a great opportunity to truly experience our portfolio at a fraction of the cost or to send something unique to that special someone!

   How it works:

   There are four different series to choose from and you have the option to select a monthly or a quarterly program. You will also receive a newsletter along with your wines with fascinating information about the vintner and the wine itself, including serving instructions and suggested food pairings. Your account will be charged just before we ship the wines (CA sales tax will apply if you live in California).
