Del Viko Tinto is made from: 20% Nebbiolo, 20% Zinfandel, 15% Tempranillo, 15% Grenache, 10% Cab. Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Merlot.
It shows aromas of strawberry, cherry, raspberry, with notes of honey, orange peel, and subtle scents cinnamon from the the fine woods. The palate is fruity with an unctuous persistence in the mouth balanced by the fruit with a soft rounded tannin finish.
