Includes 1 each of the following:
Barth Riesling Classic (Semi-Dry) - A wonderful example of a slightly dry Classic Riesling from the Rheingau with a nose of fresh cut lemon, grapefruit, green apple and pronounced acidity. The Riesling Classic is a great introduction to a dryer style Riesling and pairs fantastic with shellfish, white fish, starters, chicken and spicy foods. It comes with a Vino Lok glass closure!
Hans Lang Charta Riesling (Dry) - Wines made according to the strict Charta method are very fruity and racy, extremely well balanced and designed as an ideal food compliment. This wine has a lemony nose with peach aroma and great minerals, tender and sweet fruit, with dense and lively acidity and a long finish with a trickle of honey. Perfect with lobster bisque, sashimi, salmon, tuna...
Thanisch Riesling Kabinett (Semi-Dry) - A spirited Kabinett that is crisp, refreshing, loaded with minerals, citrus and acidity, and clean as mountain spring water. A perfect wine for pairing with a variety of cuisine such as pastas, fish, poultry and spicy foods, or simply enjoy all alone. It is one of our favorites!
Barth Riesling Spätlese Hassel (Semi-Dry) - Powerful and intense, loaded with sweet citrus, this is a wine to be appreciated for its quality distinction. Drink this wine by itself or pair with spicy cuisine, you will not be unhappy with this one as it leaves you with the zest of prickly pear and has the ability to tame Southwestern to Mexican and Thai dishes. With the ingenious Vino Lok closure, this wine was crafted with the superior wine experience in mind.
Gutzler Pinot Noir (Dry) - With a microclimate very similar to that in Burgundy and soil conditions on par, this wine typifies a full bodied, oak-aged Pinot with full berry aromas and smoky warm tannins. And yes, it is from Germany. A great balanced wine that is outstanding with a variety of game, meats, cheeses and most any cuisine.
Blees-Ferber Riesling Auslese (Sweet) - This Auslese is from the Piesporter Gärtchen vineyard, which is a parcel solely owned by Stefan Blees and located in the center of the famous Piesporter Goldtröpfchen vineyard. While the aroma of this wine is of freshly sliced peaches showcasing the distinctive Mosel minerality, the flavors that develop in the mouth resemble a childhood trip to the fair and range from sour apple to cotton candy. This noble sweet dessert wine pairs well with pastries and creamy desserts.
