Château Les Sapins de Gaillou has a beautiful pale gold color. The nose reveals white flowers notes. On the palate, this wine is fruity, pleasant and fresh.
The estate spreads over 18 ha of clay and limestone soil. The vineyard benefits from a remarkable South sun exposure. Harvests are made by machine allowing to wait the very best time when grapes are fully matured. Vinification is managed using traditional methods in stainless-steel vats. The wine is aged in concrete underground vats.
Pairing: Great with roasted chicken, light salads, pork dishes, goat cheese.
