In the glass, the wine is medium ruby with purple refection’s. On the nose, the wine bursts with raspberry jam, blackberries, freshly cut red berries, dried florals, tobacco, refined wood, vanilla and smoked meat. On the palate, the wine is big yet approachable, with refined acidity and well-balanced tannins, medium plus finish.
Organic and Biodynamic farming practices. Whole cluster are hand selected from the property’s organic vineyards. Fermentation in stainless steel with 9 months in French and American Oak. Approximately 3,000 bottles produced annually.
Pairings: Enjoy with roasted pork, shaved beef tacos, stewed lamb, and spiced Indian cuisine.
