Created using the traditional method, which is the same method used in Champagne, this is a fantastic representation of an extra dry German Sekt (Sparkling Wine). 100% Chardonnay - one of the main grapes of Champagne - that sees malolactic fermentation and 12 months on the lees, adding to a creamy, nutty, rich flavor and texture. Still bright with acidity, with meyer lemon, underripe yellow apple, and toasty notes as well.
This is a wonderful wine for anyone who loves Blanc de Blancs Champagne, as the product is made in the same way with the same grapes! Enjoy with food or stand alone!
Cuisine: French Fries, tempura or other fried appetizers, chicken, fresh fish, shellfish, veggies, hard and triple creme cheeses or as an apéritif!
