In the glass, the wine is straw yellow with green hues. On the nose, the wine displays medium aromatic intensity, green apple, kiwi, grapefruit, lime peel with light herbaceousness. On the palate, the wine is fresh, elevated acidity, dry, followed by citrus, green apples, and medium plus finish.
70 % Sauvignon Blanc and 30 % Chardonnay with grapes coming from the Valle de San Vicente and the Valle de Guadalupe. Temperature controlled stainless steel fermentation with select yeast. Limited production of 11,00 bottles annually.
